UXTalks is a series of two hour mini-conferences covering all that is user experience design. The event is free and great for students, designers and developers of all experience levels, business leaders, marketing and communications professionals, UX practitioners, and anyone looking to learn more about user experience.

Jonathan is a certified Nielsen Norman UX practitioner with over 10 years of experience in areas including usability testing, user research, information architecture design, business analysis, team leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Juan is a Certified Scrum Master currently working in the Fintech sector with Freshbooks in Toronto. In this role, Juan is responsible for helping transform culture and keeping team members engaged as new methodologies are adopted in a fast-paced development environment.

Diana has a strong background in graphic and digital interface design with an expanding role that includes user research and UX strategy. As the lead designer at ResIM, Diana is responsible for the visual integrity of all client work in addition to making design decisions that align with UX strategy and research findings.

Karri Ojanen

Karri Ojanen

Product Design Lead (Client Experience), RBC

Karri is an experienced management lead, creative thinker and senior manager who’s versed in all areas of digital experience management, including creative, user experience strategy, and technology.

Starting his career in his home-country of Finland, Karri went on to work in the Middle East, the United States, and Canada. In New York, Karri worked as an Interaction Design Director at R/GA leading a large team of designers. Now based in Toronto, Karri works at RBC as a Product Design Lead.
