Hira is a Service Design Lead at the CBC and UX Instructor at the University of Waterloo, with previous experience at Scotiabank and Google.

Ella is a queer Latina product designer with a background in art direction. In the last 8 years she has focused on building digital experiences across web and mobile, as well as leading design teams in small agency settings and large billion-dollar companies such as Kik. She is currently head of design at Dot Health, a digital health records startup.
